After striving for undertaking for several years, we have had a modern factory, have mastered the technology about pattern and cavity of tyre mould, structure of whole and half steel wire of Ziwu tyre and pattern designing, have modernized and rationalized the equipment, production flow and processing technology of two-half steel mould, capsule mould, electric flame and line cutting. In order to improve the quality of our mould, we introduced successively the large-scale lathe, CAD line cutting machine, CAD pulse equipment and other relevant equipment.
